<p>  Downstairs, on the other side of the kitchen, there is a separate smaller living room (or 4th bedroom) with a new pull out couch (sleeps 2). Right next to this room, is the laundry room and a 2nd bathroom with a separate shower and toilet.  </p>
<p>  There is a large horseshoe shaped driveway with plenty of room for 6-8 cars, an RV, boats or trailers.. There is a large fenced yard at the rear of the house, perfect for kids or pets to play in.  </p>
<p>  Memorial weekend available at $300/nt (3 nt minimum).  <br />  Summer rates are $350/nt (5 night minimum required).  <br />  July 4th week $495/nt (7 nt minimum required).  </p>
<p>  Cleaning fee (approx $175) is extra.  <br />  A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.</p>
